Coloplast’s Minneapolis HQ spans roughly 178k sq ft, but the 2023 refresh zeroed in on just a slice of that footprint (42k sq ft) - enough to boost post‑COVID collaboration without turning the whole place inside out. Over three phases (spring to year‑end), Acre partnered with RSP and Coloplast to provide furniture that successfully transformed 12 of 50 private offices into flexible meeting rooms, expanded to 29 conference rooms, added ten open‑collaboration zones, and remodeled nine kitchenette break spots. They even built a new patio beside the manufacturing breakroom.

The mission: reclaim underutilized space and give teams room to collide, create, and breathe. With three upgraded training rooms and plenty more places to huddle, Coloplast now supports cross‑functional teamwork without crowding hallways—or inboxes.
