International Dairy Queen

Corporate Headquarters

Goal: To create a space where company team members feel a direct connection to the company brand through space, environmental graphics and furniture.

Project Details

We worked with International Dairy Queen (IDQ) on their corporate office relocation project which completed in early 2019. We were awarded the project as the client felt General Office Products and Steelcase were the best fit to help them elevate their space in order to attract new talent and support the use of technology.  IDQ executives were confident that they wanted to make a big change, however they were unsure how to get there. Our process made it easy for them to select furniture, come in under budget and deliver on time. They were open to our ideas on how to utilize furniture and Steelcase’s unparalleled resources to facilitate change management initiatives. As a result, IDQ is now a workplace where people want to come to work every day.

Excellence in Design Award Recipient at the 2019 MNCREW Celebration Awards

The end result has been overwhelmingly positive. It has built a strong sense of pride in DQ employees, franchisees and even vendors to see the space and have it reflect where the brand is currently and where it is going.
